Modeling and Performance Evaluation of an Automated Manufacturing Facility Over the 6-day industrial automation programme at Schneider Electric Lab, we gained hands-on experience across the automation hierarchy:
- Hardware & Motor Control: Wired industrial switchgear (MCB, MCCB, RCCB, OLR) and implemented DOL, Soft Starter, and Forward-Reverse circuits.
- Digital Twin Simulation: Modeled manufacturing lines and optimized throughput using Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.
- PLC, HMI & SCADA: Developed ladder logic in EcoStruxure Machine Expert, designed HMI control panels, and configured SCADA supervisory monitoring.
